Parents who've been there.
“
We spent a whole winter with forty browser tabs open. Cleats to Campus replaced all of it in one weekend.

How is this different from searching on my own?
You could build the same list by hand, and most families spend months doing it. We've already gathered every program's academics, costs, division, and coaching contacts into one place you can search, filter, and compare. Then we match your player against every school, so you know where they're a Reach, Target, or Safety instead of guessing.
Can't I just ask ChatGPT?
You can, and it's a fine place to brainstorm. But a chatbot answers from whatever it read online, so it can confidently name a coach who left two seasons ago, list a program that was cut, or skip the D-III and juco schools that fit your player best. Ask twice and you may get two different lists. We start from verified data on every program, score your player against all 1,600+ schools the same way every time, and keep your list, notes, and next steps in one place as the process plays out.
How does matching work?
Add your player's grades, test scores, position, and measurables like velo, exit velo, and 60 time. We compare them with the typical recruit at every level, from Power 4 conferences to junior colleges, and with each school's admissions numbers. Every match is labeled Reach, Target, or Safety, and you can project your player's numbers to graduation to see where they could fit as they develop. Matches are estimates to guide your research, not a guarantee of recruitment or admission.
Which schools are included?
Every college in the U.S. with a baseball program we can verify: NCAA Division I, II, and III, NAIA, and NJCAA, plus smaller associations like the CCCAA (California community colleges), NWAC (Northwest junior colleges), NCCAA, and USCAA. That's over 1,600 schools.
Where does the data come from, and how current is it?
Academic and cost data comes from the U.S. Department of Education. Program and coaching staff details come from each school's athletics website. We refresh it regularly, and every update is included in your purchase.
Are you a recruiting service?
No. We don't contact coaches for you, sell your information, or charge per school. You get the research done for you, and your family stays in control of every conversation.
Is my player's information private?
Yes. Your player's profile and photo are visible only to your account. We never share them with coaches, schools, or anyone else, and we don't sell your information. Photos are stored privately. You can update the profile or remove the photo anytime, and deleting your account deletes both.
When should we start looking?
Freshman or sophomore year is ideal, because it gives your player time to target schools before coaches start reaching out. Juniors and seniors get just as much out of it, since the list comes together in days instead of months.
